Ryan McFerrin leads global social media strategy and content marketing efforts for Delta Air Lines. In his role he is responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns and engagement experiences to meet Delta’s 190 million annual customers in social channels around the world. Prior to joining Delta, Ryan managed social content and paid media strategy at 22squared and spent eight years with the Atlanta Braves where he oversaw all interactive marketing efforts. Ryan’s strong background in content development and social analytics have guided brands and clients to national social media recognition. Originally from Woodstock GA, McFerrin attended graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Design.
